Hz. Mevlana was born in Belh on the 30th September 1207; his father is Bahaeddin Veled “The Sultan of Scientists ” and his mother is Mumine Hatun, the daughter of Belh Emiri Riikneddin. The family had to flee Belh because of the Mongolian invasion and came to Kara- man and then they settled in Konya upon the invitation of Sultan Alaeddin Keykubad, the ruler of Seljuks living the brightest days at that time. Those who gathered around his father considered Hz. Mevlana who became an important religious scientist as his heir after the de-ath of Bahaeddin Veled in 1231 and his sermons at Ip- lik(‘i Madrasah attracted huge crowds. On the 15th No-vember 1244, Mevlana met Sems-i Tebriz whom he called “my spiritual twin” and then his life changed; he fo-und inner peace due to his conversations with him.
“Human Being Is The Triangle Of Spirit, Reason And Love”
